Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of tax management experience.
• Proficiency with CCH software for tax work.
• Strong leadership and client liaison skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to interpret federal and state tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and review of federal and state tax returns.
• Utilize CCH software for tax return preparation, research, and planning.
• Conduct tax research and interpret tax laws to provide advice to clients.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients.
• Liaise with federal and state tax authorities to resolve issues.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff members.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
