Gursey | Schneider LLP in the United States seeks a Tax Manager, CPA to lead tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations. The role supports a remote or hybrid work arrangement, with mentoring of associates and collaboration with partners to drive client success.

The role requires CPA certification, 5+ years of public accounting experience, and strong Excel/CCH Axcess skills, plus leadership abilities and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• 2-4+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Broad understanding of Tax Law with specialized knowledge in partnerships, HNW individuals, corporations, and more
• Ability to prepare working trial balance and year-end adjusting entries

Responsabilités

• Review high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, gift and estate returns, trust preparations, joint ventures, and complex tax returns
• Manage and develop income tax and financial planning clients
• Work with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities
• Mentor Associates on Tax issues and maintain client communication to manage expectations and deadlines
