TKR is hiring! TKR is an independent, full-service accounting and advisory firm specializing in accounting and consulting services for businesses and individuals. We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team.

This role operates with a US East Coast–based team and EST hours to facilitate collaboration. The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA or EA licensed.
• Self-motivation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Master of Science in Taxation is preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution.
• Plan and participate in tax projects and compliance for middle market clients.
• Consult on technical matters in corporate and flow-through taxation and ASC740.
• Research and respond to IRS inquiries; advise clients on alternatives.
• Recommend business and process improvements based on client operations.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with clients for superior service.
• Partner with others to develop new business opportunities.
• Train, supervise, and coach staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Manage engagements to meet revenue and profit objectives and budgets.
• Invest in professional development through training and networking.
• Demonstrate teamwork, ethical standards, and a client-focused mindset.
