You will supervise Managers, Seniors, and Staff Accountants, build strong client relationships with executives and owners, stay abreast of tax law changes, and contribute to proposals and new service opportunities while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Proven ability to manage complex tax engagements and advise clients.
• Strong leadership, staff development, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning.
• Business development and networking experience.

Responsabilités

Position Requirements:

• Active CPA license is mandatory.
