Job summary

Atlas Search seeks a Tax Senior Manager to lead and manage complex tax engagements for diverse clients, within a growing practice. This role blends technical depth with a collaborative culture and client-centric focus.

You will mentor associates, oversee engagements, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables—while upholding professional standards. A CPA is required; Master’s is a plus. Flexible hybrid remote work is offered.

Education

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage complex tax compliance engagements in line with firm and professional standards, staying on budget and on deadline

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's a plus)
• Active CPA license required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Sharp organizational and analytical skills
• Creative and logical problem-solving ability

Compensation

Base salary: $150,000–$210,000, commensurate with geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Bonus eligibility details will be shared at the time of offer.
