What You’ll Do
- Review individual, trust, S-corporation, and partnership tax returns prepared by the team.
- Take ownership of established client relationships, serving as a primary contact throughout the engagement.
- Lead client communication, manage deadlines, and coordinate the delivery of tax services.
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of approximately four professionals, including senior accountants, staff, and an intern.
- Research technical tax issues and advise clients on tax planning and compliance matters.
- Work closely with the partners to transition review responsibilities and day-to-day client management.
- Help strengthen team processes and support the continued growth of the tax practice.
What We’re Looking For
- Active CPA license required.
- Public accounting tax experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Strong individual and trust tax experience required.

- Ability to manage client relationships independently, from initial communication through completion of the engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, and developing staff.
- Interest in growing with the firm over the long term.
A background weighted toward individual and trust taxation, complemented by business tax experience, is particularly well suited to this role.
