Atsali Search LLC partners with a growing Pittsburgh CPA firm to hire a Senior Tax Manager. The role offers ownership of established client relationships, leadership of a small tax team, and direct access to the firm’s partners.

This is a high-impact position for a technically strong tax professional who enjoys client work and staff development. Review returns for individuals, trusts, S-corps, and partnerships; manage client communications, deadlines, and tax planning.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required for practice.
• Public accounting tax experience at Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Strong experience with individual, trust, S-Corp and partnership tax.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead a small team.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Interest in growing with the firm over the long term.

Responsabilités

• Review individual, trust, S-corporation, and partnership tax returns prepared by the team.
• Serve as primary contact for established client relationships throughout engagements.
• Lead client communications, manage deadlines and coordinate tax service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and develop a team of approximately four professionals.
• Research technical tax issues and advise clients on planning and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with partners to transition review responsibilities and day-to-day client management.
