This firm has built a respected portfolio of high-profile commercial properties across NYC and beyond—and is now seeking a CPA with deep real estate and partnership tax experience to help shape the future of the company.

What makes this opportunity unique? The current CFO is set to retire in the next 6 months, and this hire will transition into a Director or VP-level role, taking over the tax department in full.

Job Details

CPA with 5+years' of experience in preparing and review of real estate partnership, S Corp, C Corp, Trust and Individual tax returns

2+ years of experience as a Tax Manager

Deep experience with commercial real estate, partnership tax, and compliance

Confident in preparing and reviewing returns across a variety of entities

Strong communicator with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Motivated by leadership opportunities in a tight-knit team with visibility and growth
