Core Responsibilities: Lead a team of tax professionals in delivering comprehensive tax services to clients. Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of extensive U.S. taxation work experience, with a focus on investment funds or international corporate structures. Bachelors degree in accounting/taxation or a related field, coupled with relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, IRS Enrolled Agent). Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated track record of delivering superior results. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve their full potential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
