The firm offers high-touch, personalized service to a sophisticated client base of closely held businesses across industries such as real estate, professional services, and manufacturing/distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for various entities and individuals.
2. Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing tax planning and consulting.
3. Review federal, state, and local tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
4. Supervise and mentor tax staff, seniors, and managers.
5. Participate in business development activities.
6. Stay updated on tax laws affecting private entities.
7. Collaborate with partners and clients to identify tax-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. At least 8 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, focusing on closely held businesses.
2. Strong knowledge of partnership and S-corporation taxation.
