Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate tax experience, including a mix of public accounting and/or industry experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. federal tax regulations.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

• Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns.

This role will be a key contributor within the tax function, supporting both tax provision and federal and state compliance activities. The position requires strong technical tax accounting expertise, along with the ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and operate both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable navigating a dynamic environment.
