The ideal candidate has CPA credentials, 5+ years of progressive tax experience, and public accounting background, with expertise in ASC 740 tax provisions and corporate tax reporting.

Qualifications

• CPA is required and professional licensure is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience owning ASC 740 tax provision accounting and strong corporate tax reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance processes at federal, state, and local levels.
• Support tax provision preparation and ASC 740 reporting.
• Review tax calculations, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with external advisors on tax planning and special projects.
• Research and analyze technical tax issues and provide recommendations.
• Lead process improvements in tax reporting procedures.

What We’re Looking For
