Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.

• 10+ years in professional services or tax organization.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax processes across compliance and advisory services.
• Direct day-to-day interactions, review work, ensure timely deliverables.
• Identify issues and escalate to maintain accuracy of returns and research.
• Coach and develop tax professionals; manage team workload and quality.
• Coordinate tax delivery and build alliances through teamwork.
• Monitor progress, reporting, and risk management for engagements.
