We're looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in professional tax organizations. This role includes leading tax processes, managing teams, and ensuring quality deliverables in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services or a professional tax organization.
• Ability to prioritize, handle and track multiple assignments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and proven skills in developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Tax Functional Leader across compliance, advisory or annuity tax service delivery.
• Direct and coordinate all work activities relating to the preparation and delivery of tax compliance client service.
• Manage and monitor the team's work, progress reporting, workload, quality, and utilization.
