You will review and supervise returns, provide planning and research, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables across federal, state, and local matters.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license and bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Experience with complex individual, business, partnership, and fiduciary returns.
• Strong tax research, planning, leadership, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries.
• Provide tax planning, research, and advisory services at federal, state, and local levels.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with firm partners.
• Lead engagement workflow, deadlines, and quality control.
• Mentor and train tax staff, providing technical guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client service.
