Qualifications

Responsibilities
Manage tax compliance lifecycle including federal/state returns.
Coordinate with Accounting team on financial reporting.
Ensure adherence to tax requirements for REITs and BDCs.
Oversee tax-related investor reporting and documentation.
Provide tax-efficient structuring advice for transactions.
Identify and implement tax-saving strategies.
Manage external tax audits and inquiries.
Supervise and mentor junior staff.
