Job summary

Genuine Search Group seeks a senior tax leader to develop proactive planning strategies for individuals and businesses, advise on complex matters, and serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients and closely held companies.

You will oversee engagements across individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates, mentor staff, participate in recruiting, and help grow the firm's tax practice in the Pennsylvania market.

Qualifications

Active CPA license required.
10+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related discipline.
Strong experience with complex tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver proactive tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses.
Advise clients on complex tax matters, entity structuring, business transactions, succession planning, and other strategic initiatives.
Oversee and review engagements involving individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates.
Research federal, state, and local tax issues and provide practical recommendations.
Mentor and develop Managers, Senior Accountants, and Staff; lead recruiting and team development.
