Siegfried Advisory, LLC, an affiliate of The Siegfried Group, LLC, seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead its Tax Advisory Services group. You will manage complex tax engagements, mentor a team, and collaborate with leadership on client development and process improvement.

The role is based in the Philadelphia/Wilmington area with in-office days and flexibility for New York Metro candidates. Strong tax expertise and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive tax experience, including high-net-worth individuals and multi-entity structures.
• CPA or EA designation.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial businesses.
• Supervise and mentor Managers, Associate Managers, Senior Associates and Associates.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on budgeting, engagement planning, and client development.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, risk protocols, and quality standards.
