Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation required or actively pursuing.
• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience with focus on tax/assurance.
• Experience preparing/reviewing partnership, corporate, S-Corp, and individual returns.
• Exposure to audits, reviews, compilations, and financial statement prep.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-service skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns (partnerships, corporations, S corporations, individuals).
• Review Forms W-9, W-8, 1120, 1120S, 1065 filings.
• Advise on tax planning, entity structuring, income tax matters, and compliance.
• Assist with 1031 exchanges, partner transfers, and complex tax transactions.
• Research tax issues and prepare technical memorandums.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate planning opportunities.
• Participate in audits, reviews, and compilations for real estate entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements per GAAP.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify process improvements.
• Assist clients with accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory matters.
• Support ad hoc assurance and consulting engagements.
• Prepare investor reporting and asset management reporting.
