2+ years in public accounting with a focus on individual taxation is required. CPA progress is expected, with opportunities for professional growth and formal trainings within a supportive, client-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years public accounting with a focus on individual taxation.
• CPA or pursuing CPA within a reasonable timeframe.
• Trust and Estate experience is a plus.
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues with minimal oversight.
• Experience in planning and supervising client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and/or execute tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and related projects.
• Supervise internal team members to ensure timely delivery of engagements.
• Coordinate large client engagements with partners and senior managers.
• Identify problems, tax law issues, and model analysis; advise on optimal strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and technical trainings.
• Demonstrate leadership to promote teamwork and professionalism.
