Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Eligible to obtain CPA, Law License, or EA.
• Three (3) years of experience required.
• PE fund industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations.
• Participate in tax research projects and draft IRS responses.
• Collaborate with leadership on client strategies and ASC740 considerations.
• Develop and communicate recommendations to clients and leadership.
