Distinct | North America is seeking an Experienced Senior Tax Associate in Public Accounting. The role is hybrid, offering hands-on review work and leadership opportunities within a collaborative team of ~35 and six partners.

You’ll oversee juniors, engage directly with clients, and may support SALT with a dedicated SALT Manager, while continuing toward CPA licensure. The team handles a mix of manufacturing, construction, family offices, and 990 not-for-profits, with flow-through focus and some

• Senior role focused on review and mentoring juniors.
• Exposure to flow-through tax with some corporate exposure.
• Willingness to pursue CPA towards progression.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work prepared by juniors and ensure quality.
• Direct client exposure from day one and build relationships.
• Support SALT function where needed and collaborate with the SALT Manager.
