Qualifications

• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam, per state educational requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, typically averaging three days per week in the assigned office.
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to pass-through and C-corporation entities.
• Deliver exceptional client service that exceeds expectations through timely, unmatched support while cultivating strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate proactively with key client management to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks by organizing workflows, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Utilize technology tools effectively and demonstrate a commitment to process improvement through innovation.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements to maintain technical proficiency and industry knowledge.
• Support the proposal process for prospective clients by contributing insights and helping articulate the firm's capabilities.
• Collaborate on Forvis Mazars-sponsored technical publications and contribute to internal learning and development sessions.
