Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 2+ years' tax experience, CPA exam eligibility, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state board requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Deliver exceptional client service and foster trusted advisor relationships.
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and practical solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely completion.
• Utilize technology tools and pursue process improvements through innovation.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education to maintain proficiency.
• Support the proposal process by articulating capabilities and expertise.
• Contribute to internal learning sessions and campus recruiting events.
