Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting, or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting.
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals (Forms 1040, 1040‑NR), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Forms 1120, 1120‑S).
• Deliver exceptional client service that exceeds expectations through timely, unmatched support while cultivating strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate proactively with client management to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks by organizing workflows, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Utilize technology tools effectively and demonstrate a commitment to process improvement through innovation.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements to maintain technical proficiency and industry knowledge.
• Support the proposal process for prospective clients by contributing insights and helping articulate the firm’s capabilities.
• Collaborate on Forvis Mazars‑sponsored technical publications and contribute to internal learning and development sessions.
