Trout CPA is seeking a Senior Associate in its Tax department to take greater ownership of tax engagements and continue building technical expertise. You will prepare and review complex returns, identify planning opportunities, support client relationships, and guide Associates through the preparation process.

You will manage engagements, research issues, and help reduce clients’ tax liabilities while collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting is required.
• Three to five years of strong tax preparation experience, preferably with a CPA firm.
• CPA license or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
• Experience with CCH Axcess or comparable tax software is a plus; advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Trout CPA, a full-service certified public accounting firm, is seeking a Senior Associate in its Tax department. In this role, you’ll take greater ownership of tax engagements while continuing to build your technical expertise. Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Three (3) to five (5) years of strong tax preparation experience preferably with a CPA firm
• CPA license or actively working toward licensure
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with CCH Axcess or comparable tax software is a plus
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
