Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a leader in healthcare, seeks a Sr. Tax Analyst, Consol, CIP & Controls to support global tax consolidation and reporting. The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting and Controls teams to ensure accurate tax reporting, capital investment treatment, and strong internal controls during a period of transformation and separation.

Location options include multiple U.S. sites including NJ. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in tax or financial reporting, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or MBA is preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support global tax consolidation and reporting processes, including quarterly and annual tax provision activities.
• Analyze CIP activity for proper tax treatment and capitalization.
• Maintain and strengthen tax-related internal controls and documentation.
• Prepare and review tax-related schedules and reconciliations for consolidated financial statements.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to resolve tax impacts of assets and intercompany transactions.
• Assist audits by providing documentation and responses to inquiries.
• Monitor tax regulation changes and advise on impacts.
