Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sr. Tax Analyst, Consol, CIP & Controls, located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or Raritan, NJ. This role supports global tax consolidation, CIP activity, and internal controls within a period of transformation.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Controls teams to ensure accurate tax reporting, participate in audits, and drive process improvements, with travel up to 10% domestic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or MBA is preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in tax, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting, consolidation processes, and internal controls.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support global tax consolidation and reporting processes.
• Analyze CIP activity for proper tax treatment and capitalization.
• Maintain tax-related internal controls and documentation.
• Prepare tax schedules and reconciliations for consolidated statements.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to resolve tax impacts on assets.
• Assist audits with documentation and responses.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and guidance.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in tax operations.
