Qualifications

• CPA is required for this role.
• 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Masters of Tax a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and disclosures per ASC740.
• Prepare federal and state tax compliance and filings.
• Monitor tax notices and respond to audits.
• Prepare month-end tax journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with tax planning, due diligence and acquisitions.
• Research tax information for management and external parties.
