Cavco Industries, Inc. is hiring a Senior Tax Analyst to manage tax provisions, filings, and notices. The role requires strong attention to detail and communication skills, with 3–5 years in tax within public accounting or corporate settings. A CPA is preferred for this position.

The successful candidate will join a growing tax team supporting a large manufacturing company with nationwide operations. Arizona Phoenix location expected.

Qualifications

• CPA preferred; 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate setting
• Detail oriented, analytical, and able to communicate with leadership
• Bachelor’s in Accounting; Master’s in Tax is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and disclosures for ASC 740
• Ensure timely federal and state tax compliance calculations and filings
• Monitor and respond to tax notices and audits at federal and state levels
• Prepare month-end tax journal entries and perform reconciliations
• Assist with design, implementation, and maintenance of tax processes and controls
• Assist with tax planning, due diligence, and acquisitions as needed
• Provide information to management and external parties as requested
