DocuSign is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join their income tax team. This role involves US federal and state provision and compliance, with responsibilities including tax return preparation and research on tax notices. Ideal candidates will have a degree in accounting or finance, extensive experience in corporate tax, and strong analytical skills. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility while contributing to a dynamic team focused on continuous improvement.

Docusign is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Analyst to join the income tax team. In this role, you will focus on US federal and state provision and compliance and, as part of the global consolidated income tax reporting function, you will be involved in international tax processes. We are looking for a self-sufficient, team player that will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our tax processes
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director - Reporting and Compliance.
Responsibility
Assist in preparation of quarterly provision and tax return, including US federal book to tax adjustments, state tax adjustments and attribute carryforward schedules
Assist in the preparation of US federal and state return to provision calculations
Research and prepare responses to tax notices from various tax jurisdictions
Process income tax payments and prepare and post required income tax journal entries, maintain monthly income tax account roll forward and account reconciliations
Assist with special projects including M&A, process improvements, audit support, and tax technology implementation
Assist in business tax filings and other tax submissions as needed
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salary
Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salary
Washington DC: $101,500.00 - $139,525.00 base salary
