Job summary

Facet is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to step into a high-touch, member-facing Senior Tax Associate role. This position focuses on forward-looking tax planning, not tax return preparation, leveraging Facet’s modern planning framework.

You will lead 10–15 weekly virtual tax strategy sessions, translating complex tax laws into actionable strategies while collaborating with CFP Lead Planners to empower members with tax-optimized life decisions.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 5–7+ years in personal tax planning or wealth management.
• Strong ability to translate complex tax laws into actionable strategies.
• Experience delivering high-frequency client consultations (10–15 weekly).
• Proficiency with modern tax planning tools (Holistiplan, BNA, Corvee).

Responsibilities

• Lead 10–15 virtual tax strategy sessions per week with Facet members.
• Translate tax laws into actionable, tax-optimized strategies.
• Collaborate with CFP Lead Planners to integrate tax optimization into holistic financial plans.
• Research and analyze complex federal and multi-state tax scenarios.
