The role requires 3–5 years of tax experience, CPA or active certification, and strong communication. Prepare and review returns and supervise staff to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license or actively pursuing certification.
• 3–5 years of public accounting experience with a tax focus.
• Experience preparing and reviewing corporate, individual, partnership tax returns.
• Ability to own client engagements and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate, individual, partnership, and other tax returns.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead in-charge responsibilities for tax engagements and oversee workflow.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and nurture relationships.
• Develop specialized tax expertise and contribute to client services.
• Train new staff and provide guidance to associates.
