Leoforce is seeking a Tax Senior in Scottsdale, AZ to lead tax projects for a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals and S-Corporations. You will handle federal and state tax matters, provide planning strategies, and ensure compliance with current tax laws.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and a bachelor’s in accounting or finance; CPA is preferred. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of tax experience with high net worth individuals, S-Corps, and federal/state taxes.
• CPA preferred; strong knowledge of tax laws and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and complete tax projects ensuring compliance with tax laws.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Advise clients on tax planning to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
• Research and interpret tax legislation to provide accurate guidance.
• Assist with 1120S, real estate tax, and gift tax filings.
