Job summary

Platform Accounting Group is seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our growth-focused team. You will handle traditional tax preparation and client advisory with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and collaboration across a diverse clientele.

The role requires hands-on experience with complex returns (individual, corporate, partnerships, fiduciary) and the ability to build strong client relationships while advising on tax strategy and business practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience preparing a variety of tax returns.
• Thorough understanding of tax, accounting, and finance practices, theories, and policies.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred; CPA/EA licensure required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex individual, business (C-Corp, S-Corp, partnerships), exempt and fiduciary tax returns.
• Build, maintain and enhance client relationships.
• Advise clients on tax, finance and business practices.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex tax issues.
• Support manager with various ad-hoc projects.
