Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license or CPA candidate pursuing licensure.
• 3+ years of public accounting or wealth management tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of individual, fiduciary, and partnership taxation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency with standard tax preparation and research software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses.
• Develop proactive tax planning and wealth preservation strategies aligned with long-term financial goals.
• Research intricate tax matters related to private equity, real estate investments, and charitable giving.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors and portfolio managers to provide a unified financial experience for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication.
