Frontline Source Group's client in Northville, MI, is seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent or Senior Tax Advisor to lead accounting, tax, and advisory engagements for small business clients. This direct-hire role emphasizes building trusted advisor relationships and delivering proactive tax planning in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, prepare and review complex business returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990) and individual returns (1040), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–7+ years experience in accounting and tax.
• Experience preparing and reviewing business tax returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990) and Form 1040.
• Strong tax planning and entity-structure optimization knowledge.
• Ability to mentor accounting staff and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete client lifecycle for small business clients.
• Lead accounting, tax, and advisory engagements.
• Prepare and review complex business tax returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990) and 1040.
• Provide proactive tax planning and strategy recommendations.
• Mentor bookkeeping/accounting team and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes.
