Novogradac & Company LLP in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing tax practice. You will manage diverse tax assignments, supervise Staff Accountants, and contribute to client relationships and profitability while advancing toward CPA licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA is a plus.
• 1–3 years public accounting experience or equivalent balance of education and work.
• CPA license or exam progression advantageous; strong accounting/tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax projects for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagement profitability.
• Supervise and mentor Staff Accountants; build client relationships.
• Research business-specific tax issues and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Meet internal deadlines and contribute to team profitability.
