New Senior Level Tax opening with a Leading Middle Market Private Equity Firm in Boston!

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills and intrinsic knowledge of both corporate and partnership tax, a professional demeanor, a flexible approach to learning and a “do anything” attitude.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a fast-paced, dynamic and high-energy work environment looking to positively impact business operations at a top-tier private equity firm.

The role will also work closely with the FP&A and Finance team on tax forecasting, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of both the tax estimate and K-1 processes for the management companies
• Prepare/review complex allocations of taxable income as well as evaluate corp./book numbers for potential tax adjustments.
• Partner with members of the finance team to improve tax reporting and provide value add insights.
• Play a key role in implementing best in class tax processes, implement new policies and procedures, and enhance existing processes.
