Job description

Join a single-source provider for fund administration and infrastructure needs for private equity and debt funds! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help ensure they stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws. You must have an understanding of private equity fund structures, including waterfall calculations for determining GP carry.

Responsibilities

2. Prepare and review tax returns and supervise outsourced and internal tax professionals
3. Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
4. Oversee non-income tax compliance
5. Prepare for and lead tax audits
