Pastor, Golbois, Ebert & Palladino CPAs, PLLC in Boynton Beach seeks an experienced tax professional to join our small team. You’ll own a book of business from start to finish, handling S corp and partnership returns and owners’ individual returns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years public accounting experience with hands‑on preparation of business returns
• Strong knowledge of S corporation and partnership taxation
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; ProAdvisor certification a plus
• CPA strongly preferred; candidates actively sitting for the exam considered
• Experience serving small, closely held businesses

Responsibilities

• Prepare Forms 1120-S and 1065, including basis and M-1/M-2 reconciliations
• Prepare individual returns for business owners with K-1 flow-through
• Handle monthly and quarterly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (reconciliations, close, cleanup)
• Prepare payroll tax filings, Florida sales tax, tangible personal property returns, and 1099s
• Conduct year-end planning with business owners (reasonable compensation, retirement plan contributions, S corp fringe benefits)
