Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; 7+ years of related experience.
• Indirect Tax experience required.
• CPA (desired).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inquiries from divisional leads and ensure compliance with department SLAs.
• Provide resources and information to meet divisional finance and accounting needs and maintain open communication with leads.
• Research and review tax filings before submittal; assess invoices for taxation and approve corrections by Tax Accountants I/II.
• Prepare tax filings and respond to tax notices in a timely manner.
• Enter transactional data accurately into systems; record purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Analyze department processes and develop documentation; assist with training on new processes and functionality.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls, tax calendar, and policies.
