Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a solid tax foundation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while collaborating with managers and partners. CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and gift tax returns.
• Assist with tax planning strategies for clients.
• Research federal, state, and local tax issues and communicate findings.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and implement client-focused solutions.
• Prepare responses to federal and state tax notices.
• Collaborate with clients and professionals to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines with accuracy.
• Review junior staff work and provide mentorship.
