Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA exam underway or completed is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, supervise Staff Accountants, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax projects for designated clients with supervision by Managers.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support client relationships, improve profitability, and contribute to staff mentoring and development.
