100% Remote - (Generalist) Tax Supervisor Opportunity w/ CPA Firm!!!

Our client is an aggressively growing MidSize CPA Firm headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, who are and actively seeking a (Generalist) Tax Supervisor to join their team on a 100% Remote schedule!!! The plan is for this individual to start on November 17th to get up to speed in time for the Spring Tax Busy Season.

The Firm is known for offering an Exceptional WorkLife Balance, offering Remote work, limited Regular and Busy Season Hours, no weekends, no travel, and Summer Fridays Off!!! There is also room for Career Growth in this opportunity as the firm prides themselves in concise career paths for individuals who are serious about making it to Partner, having promoted multiple Tax Seniors/Supervisors to Upper Management hence the reason for this opening!!!

Benefits Include:

• 401K Match: 3.5%, vested 20% per year

Hours/Schedule:

• Regular Season: 40-45 Hours
• Busy Season: 55-60 Hours
