As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will lead complex tax and accounting engagements, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will serve as a trusted technical resource and mentor to team members, providing guidance and support to help develop talent and strengthen team performance. In addition, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver proactive solutions to address client needs, and play an active role in improving processes, enhancing operational efficiency, upholding firm standards, and supporting leadership initiatives that drive the continued success and growth of the organization.
