Job summary

Rello Search Partners partners with a highly respected Tampa Bay CPA firm to hire an experienced Tax Senior who enjoys public accounting and client work, but wants flexibility, stability, and a family‑oriented culture.

You'll manage tax engagements from start to finish, preparing and reviewing returns for individuals, corporations, and high‑net‑worth clients, while building lasting client relationships with a supportive tax team.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong individual and corporate tax experience.
• Ability to independently manage engagements and client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage and run tax engagements from start to finish
• Prepare and review individual, corporate and high-net-worth tax returns

• Work collaboratively with partners and other members of the tax team

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3–10 years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong individual and corporate tax experience
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
• Ability to independently manage engagements and client relationships
• Strong communication, organization and client-service skills
