• Handle routine client tax questions, research tax issues, and work with clients to gather necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
• Assist in tax field exams and resolve tax notices.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to senior management to expand services to clients.
• Assist in training and developing staff and interns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Eligible to sit for CPA with 150 credit hours or working towards CPA certification.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting at a mid-market firm.
