Job summary

Nightwing in Northern Virginia seeks a Senior Targeting Officer to guide collection operations, fuse multi-INT data, and deliver time-critical recommendations to mission leadership in a 24/7 operations center.

The ideal candidate has deep targeting experience, strong analytic judgment, and the ability to brief senior stakeholders while mentoring junior officers and supporting travel as required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility or ability to obtain
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in intelligence or related fields
• 5+ years in targeting, collection management, or all-source analysis
• Experience with targeting tools, databases, and all-source methodologies
• Working knowledge of SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, MASINT
• Experience generating leads and actionable intelligence against strategic targets
• Experience managing taskings and information flow across organizations
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operations center
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Guide and monitor collection operations supporting defined requirements and high-priority targets
• Fuse multi-INT data to generate leads for overseas operations
• Integrate results into a cohesive targeting narrative
• Draft information requests and close information gaps
• Provide resource allocation recommendations to maximize collection
• Manage taskings and information flow across organizations
• Deliver time-critical recommendations to leadership
• Brief senior leadership and mission partners
• Author concise summaries and targeting products
• Develop targeting methodologies and tools
• Mentor junior officers and support teams
• Support travel or deployments as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
