Job summary

Nightwing seeks a cleared Junior Targeting Officer in the Northern Virginia area to support the execution of collection operations in a 24/7 mission environment. The role requires researching multi-INT data, drafting written products, and briefing leadership with precise analysis.

Qualifications include a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, 2+ years of experience, and knowledge of all-source intelligence disciplines. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain clearance.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence and at least one discipline (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT).
• Ability to research, analyze, and organize complex information from multiple sources.
• Clear written and verbal communication under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress, team environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operations center.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and monitoring of collection operations for defined requirements.
• Research and analyze multi-INT data under guidance of senior officers to generate leads.
• Read and process daily all-source reporting and implement directives.
• Identify information gaps and raise to mission leadership.
• Draft information requests, summaries, and inputs for senior review.
• Maintain information flow and track taskings across organizations.
• Deliver briefings and updates to colleagues and leadership.
• Develop knowledge of targeting tools, databases, and tradecraft.
